Location: Dublin Office

This role is being offered on a Permanent Basis. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Start date: January 2026.

 

Who are we

Payac Services CLG are a Credit Union owned Services Organisation ‘CUSO’ providing payment services to Credit Unions. Payac is an agile organisation, with our payment’s expertise, and forward-thinking customer base, delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

 

We are looking for the right person to support our customers in the following ways:

  •  Support Credit Unions with Electronic payment queries received via our query management system, phone or email.
  • Respond to operational and payment queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that query management via our query management system are responded to in a timely manner and other operational logs are updated
  • Work closely with the existing Electronic Payments team to deliver an excellent customer service experience for both Credit Unions and members.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate with our customers and represent professionally the culture and brand of our organisation
  • ​​Is a proven team player that serves customers and works collaboratively with colleagues
  • Competent in managing difficult customer queries with a solution focused mindset resolving issues
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and work as required by your Line Manager.
  • Motivated team player, continuously demonstrating self-growth, willingness to learn and taking ownership for your assigned tasks.
